What you get when you own a territory
Your business is the only one that gets verified quote requests from your trade’s city guide. When a homeowner asks for a quote and confirms the job, we send it straight to you. While you hold the territory, we never send or sell that lead to another contractor.
A whole city. Not a ZIP code.
One territory covers one trade across every neighborhood served by the city guide.
That includes the jobs a one-truck operator, a regional franchise or a multi-trade home-services company might want. None of them can pay to see the lead, claim it later or buy a share of your territory while you hold it. Your featured listing also lets homeowners call you or visit your website directly.
How it's different
| Question | Most lead sites | LocalGoingRate territory |
|---|---|---|
| Who gets each lead | Sold to several pros at once | Only you |
| Your area | A few ZIP codes or a radius | The whole city |
| Can someone take it? | Anyone can buy the same leads tomorrow | No. It's locked to you |
| What you pay | For every lead, win or lose | $349/month + tax flat. First month free. No contract |

Which plan fits your business?
If you want to pick individual jobs around your schedule, pay per lead. You see the trade, area, budget and timing before you decide. You pay by card through Stripe when you claim a job.
If your crew covers the city and you want every confirmed request from its guide for your trade, choose a territory. Your listing appears on that guide, homeowners can call you directly, and your monthly price stays fixed while you hold it. Compare the monthly fee with what you would spend on individual leads. Lead volume varies.
Review billing and cancellation terms, the 48-hour lead refund policy and how we handle homeowner and contractor information.

Casey checks the job
Our text assistant confirms the job, ZIP code, budget and timing with the homeowner before it goes anywhere.
It lands on your phone
Name, number and job details by text and in your dashboard. You call, you quote, you win the work.

Pro leads: questions
What does a territory get me?
One trade in one whole city. Every verified lead from that city's price guide goes to you only, your listing shows on the guide with tap-to-call and your website, and no other pro can buy in beside you.
Can I cancel in the free month?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard before day 31 and you pay nothing at all.
Is the Google ranking guaranteed?
No. Google decides rankings, and they move. That's why there's no contract: if the leads stop, you cancel.
My territory is taken. What now?
Join the waitlist on that city's page and we text you the day it opens. The waitlist gets first shot, in the order people joined. Want jobs before then? Lock your trade in a nearby open city, or get leads one at a time.
How does pay per lead work?
When a verified job comes in, we text you the job, ZIP code, budget and timing. Reply YES or tap the link to claim it. You only pay for the jobs you claim, and you get the homeowner's name and number at once.
What if the homeowner never answers?
If they don't reply within 48 hours of you claiming the job, email us and we refund it in full. Wrong numbers are always refunded. Refund policy.
